We are seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to be the voice of Don Wessel Honda. This job requires someone who is very customer oriented, friendly, outgoing, professional, and excellent at multi-tasking.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Accept inbound and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments
  • Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience assisting customers in the service department
  • Determine each customer's needs by asking questions and listening
  • Follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
  • Provide every customer and potential customer with Legendary Service®
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments to provide Legendary Service®
  • Participating in continuing education through the Honda Interactive Network, including completing testing modules
Essential Job Requirements and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with a desire to handle situations in the proper manner
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service by displaying sincerity, enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management
  • Ability to follow instructions as given
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload with limited supervision
  • Must work well with others and be open to constructive direction
