We will train the right candidate and are looking for a high energy, career minded individual to join our sales team! Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, driven and self-motivated to succeed. We are seeking someone who can provide legendary service while meeting sales goals of new and pre-owned vehicles. Your passion to generate sales will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, commission driven pay plan.
 
Essential Job Functions:
  • Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new Honda’s and pre-owned vehicles
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening
  • Conduct effective walk-around presentations demonstrating vehicle’s features and building value in product
  • Follow up with potential prospects and adhere to a high integrity approach with every customer
  • Provide every customer and potential customer with Legendary Service®
  • Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including finance, service and parts
  • Stay on top of market trends, Honda’s vehicles and current dealership inventory
  • Be positive, enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management
Essential Job Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor necessary
  • Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in grammar and writing business emails, etc.
  • Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team
  • Must be detail oriented with desire to handle situations in the proper manner
  • Sales experience is beneficial, but not required for the right candidate
  • Provide excellent customer service by displaying sincerity, enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management
  • Basic computer and typing skills to review inventory and enter customer information
