​ ​  ​  ​  Step 2​ -​ If recall is present for your vehicle, call or email your factory trained service team to order the needed parts; please make sure we have your best forms of contact. (Your​ VIN number is required for ordering the correct part)​ 

​ ​  ​  ​ Step 3​ -​ When your part arrives, our service team will contact you to schedule the installation. Arrival times vary depending on the availability of your part with the supplier. ​ 

​  ​  ​ Step 4​ - On the day of the scheduled repair, our service team will need your vehicle for 1-4 hours depending on the extent of recalled components. A service shuttle is available upon request for your convenience.
