We are seeking a full-time Customer Relations Specialist for the dealership. This job requires someone who is detail-oriented, friendly and self-motivated. If you’re personable, willing to learn, motivated, and love working with people, this could be the ideal position for you.
 
Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Inspecting vehicles after the sale to make sure they’re ready for delivery to the customer
  • Greeting the customer and thoroughly explaining the features of their new vehicle to them
  • Being available to customers that have questions after they take delivery, either by phone or in person
  • Assisting the service department with customers who have questions about their new vehicle
  • Assisting the sales department in photographing vehicles and uploading them to our website
  • Performing minor technical support to company employees
  • No sales are involved in this position
Essential Job Requirements and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with a desire to handle situations in the proper manner
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service by displaying sincerity, enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management
  • Ability to follow instructions as given
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload with limited supervision
  • Must work well with others and be open to constructive direction
