We are seeking a full-time Estimator in the Body Shop. This job requires someone who is very detail oriented, friendly and self-motivated. Experience with CCC1 and Audatex preferred, but willing to train. I-Car training/certification is a plus. Experience is required. Must have a professional appearance with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Must have a clear understanding of the service, quality and integrity expected
Provide exceptional customer service with follow-ups
Maintain organization of vehicles
Identifying and ordering all damaged parts needed for repairing vehicles back to pre-accident condition
Communicate progress and any potential delays as a team player
Other tasks as assigned
Be positive, enthusiastic and have strong communication with co-workers and management
Essential Job Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Must be organized and detail oriented with desire to handle situations in the proper manner
Provide excellent customer service by displaying sincerity, enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and other management
Ability to follow directions and instructions as given
Ability to prioritize and organize workload with limited supervision
