Over the past year, small crossover SUVs have become the most popular segment in the United States—and a lot of that is because of the Honda CR-V. Because of this popularity, the newly revamped 2017 Honda CR-V couldn’t come at a more perfect time. The newest CR-V model will come with a new look, more engine options, safer available technology, and a better infotainment system, making it the best model yet.
The 2017 Honda CR-V will come in four trim levels: LX, EX, EX-L, and Touring. No matter the trim level, this crossover comes with a new exterior and interior design. For the 2017 model year, every trim level comes with LED running lights and a new Automatic Shutter Grille System, which enhances aerodynamics. Inside, the 2017 CR-V raises the bar for its segment with a refined design, best-in-class rear legroom, and more cargo space than its predecessor.
Some of the most interesting changes for the 2017 model, though, are its optional features. Consumers can get stitched leather seating, dual-zone climate control, and wood trim. They can also receive access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with a slew of safety technologies. This tech includes available blind-spot monitoring, Road Departure Mitigation, adaptive cruise control, and pedestrian detection.
This CR-V model is being built in Ohio, Indiana, and Ontario, Canada. It is set to go on sale around the beginning of January, which means it will be on the sales floor at Wessel Honda soon. For more information on this fully redesigned model, stop in and see us at Don Wessel Honda today.
